Dave Ingebritsen PhD, LCPC Certified EBT Provider Since 1998 Located in Veradale, WA
I serve as the director of the Counseling Services Department at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). I have had the pleasure of being connected with EBT since 1998. EBT has changed my life, the way I practice, and the way I supervise our treatment team.
I was first introduced to EBT by a family member (Thanks, Mom!). I was looking for a method that not only "went to the core," but a method that produced results over the long-term. EBT was that method.
My family - my awesome wife and our adult daughter and her husband, my extended family, my EBT family, and our critters. I love to hop on my bicycle and "go," horseback ride with my wife, play racquetball, and read. I am in awe of the "grace and mystery of life!"
I have a Master's degree in Counseling and a Ph.D. in the Psychosocial Aspects of Sport. I began work after my first graduate degree as a hearing officer with the State of Washington. While completing my Ph.D., I served as a residence hall director and a therapist with a sexual assault treatment center in Eastern Washington. I have worked with the FQHC in Northern Idaho since 1995 as a therapist and director of the Counseling Services Department.
EBT is changing my life on a very secure and positive way. The tools help me to break down big inner walls. It's not just that I am rediscovering parts of myself I lost several years before, I also find new ones. EBT helps me to find myself and to be myself. It feels like growing up on a very conscious way. I love it to observe how I get more energized, how I get more secure and authentic within me and how my relationships are getting better. And I love the security and support my provider Dave and my group members are giving me!
I am very grateful for EBT and just can recommend it for everybody.
